The driver was very helpful and available. Our hotel was 20 m from the entrance, so 68 euros for a car and driver is excessive. Disappointed with the gyg plan because in Thailand it was great. Too bad

Pushy salespeople. Stray dogs. Dirt. The guide was disinterested. He spent 90 percent of his time looking at his phone and Facebook. A waste of time and money. It's better to go it alone or take an Uber. Local shuttle buses are mandatory at the pyramids anyway.

My guide didn’t seem to be too enthusiastic about teaching me the history of the pyramids. He didn’t have many interesting facts to make it more of a learning experience. I should also mention that he was really late to arrive, I wanted an early morning experience to beat the crowds but ended up meeting him closer to noon. There was a weird vibe about him he kept getting extremely close and in my face when talking and every time I backed up he would not get the hint Nd just inch closer.
