Small horseshoe-shaped reef near Fanous East, north of Big Giftun. Very shallow and sheltered - one of the best snorkelling and beginner sites in the Hurghada area. Described as 'like swimming in an aquarium'. Depth 2–15 m; day boat; Sheltered - little or no current current. Egyptian Red Sea marine protected area; HEPCA-maintained mooring buoys, anchoring prohibited
