The westernmost, roughly quadrangular outcrop of the Alternatives. Shallow reef top with a shelf dropping steeply to about 25 m. Named for the blue-spotted stingrays that gather there, especially in spring. Both mooring and drift dives. Depth 10–25 m; day boat; variable current.
