Shallow sandy plateau punctuated by pinnacles and an oval erg on the Sha'ab El Erg system. A beacon on the reef serves as the landmark for drift dives. Very photogenic pinnacle close to the main reef. Depth 9–18 m; day boat; Mild to moderate; sometimes dived as a drift from the beacon current.
