Shallow coral garden and a steeper outer northern wall. The wreck of a wooden sailing yacht lying at about 15 m, encrusted and full of glassfish. Depth 0–24 m; liveaboard only; Light to moderate; the inner side is sheltered current. A wooden American sailing yacht, sunk in the 1980s, lying at roughly 15 m and heavily coral-encrusted; the cabin is packed with glassfish. Fees
Red Sea marine park / environmental fees have been levied intermittently; HEPCA records that as of January 2011 'no fees collection at all except the entrance fees to Samadai reef'. Day-boat operators commonly bundle a marine-park charge into the trip price.
Wreck
