Round-Trip Airport Transfer in Cairo or Giza

My driver Shady was there waiting on me when I got there which was a very positive start to my trip. He was very polite and courteous and would highly recommend to others.

Noone met me. Flight was supposed to be monitored. I had a wheelchair assistant with me who contacted the company. Company told me to wait. I waited and noone showed up. Was forced to take an airport cab. Will never trust this company or Viator again. I booked a return transfer and cancelled the return. Now iator has informed me that I am not entitled to refund of the return transfer also. Viator has become very unrepeatable. Do not deal with them. I will review both the company and Viator in Tfrip Advisor.

The driver, Islam, was very friendly and courteous. Upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel doors were locked, and Islam took the extra step of calling the hotel front office for me to ask someone to come down and open the door. Islam waited until someone opened the door before he left. This is exceptional service by Islam. Thank you

The drivers are always on time and will text you about half hour early to let you know they are arriving. Today my driver was Eslam. He took the shortest route to the airport and I was there in no time. He was professional and polite. It's a good feeling not having to worry about hailing a taxi and then wondering if they are taking the "scenic route" to your destination.
