Hamada is very knowledgeable and flexible about adjusting the itinerary based on your interests. We quickly moved from Coptic sites to the Cairo Museum to the old Islamic fortress city. All along the way, we were able to share our perspective with him and his with us that led to deeper insights by both of us. During all of this, he was very honest about real life circumstances which also deepened our experience of Cairo. However, he made a poor choice for lunch and took us to the equivalent of a local Kentucky Fried Chicken. This may be real life but it is not Egyptian. Any Middle Eastern rest
