Small old van. Too much time wasted to rent equipment and buy things. It was not a guided tour. I would not recommend this tour operator

I was not picked up. I was told pickups star at 8:00 and that I would be told my exact time of pickup. I was not told and I tried to reach the coordinator via whatsup to get this information but he did not respond. I waited at the lobby from 8:00 but no one came and I could not reach the coordinator. At 8:40 he told me the car is waiting outside the hotel. I went to look for the car but could not find it. Then I was told the car could not get into the hotel premisses and left at 8:20. They told me they are checking if the car can come back but no one returned to me and eventually at 9:10 I sen

First of all, the reef was very beautiful and going there is worth it. However, the service of this activity was unsatisfying. First, we were picked up 15 min later than communicated and had an additional stop at a rental station for snorkeling equipment which was not mentioned in the description. For that we have lost another half hour. We also returned half an hour earlier than the indicated 5 hours. Second, the tour guide was regularly telling inappropriate and sexist jokes. Besides the fact that I have been insulted by the Guide for absolutely no reason, don't advertise this tour as a full day when it is only half a day and there is only one snorkeling stop, not 2. The guide was very unprofessional and apparently racist against French people.

Une demi journée plutôt Pas mal, guide, chauffeur et photographe super sympa. Les poissons étaient vraiment magnifique pour la plonger et chaque arrêt en mettais pleins la vue !!!!
