The driver was lovely, but when we booked it said the journey was going to be 3 hours and it was actually 9 hours. This was because a road was closed, but it has been closed for a long time and we were not informed. Great driver, poor service from the agency.

The driver showed up on time, and the car was very comfortable with AC. It took a long time to get from Marsa Alam to Aswan but he made sure we got there safely.
