We had an exceptional airport pickup experience with Emad Naguib from Rimo Tours. Our flight was delayed by almost four hours, and despite the original arrival time being 8:00 pm, Emad patiently waited until 11:00 pm without any complaint or hesitation. He was fully aware that I was traveling with my children, which made his professionalism and understanding even more commendable.
