Booked this as a female traveller with 14 yr old son, all in all a great experience, great communication, pick up and drop off, and the spa was lovely especially the massage, my son was a little nervous but they let him come in the same room for massage, so we both could relax and not worry.

It is a nice clean place and all of them are very nice. The hammam was very good and the massage, too.

The best atmosphere we have had . We attended many Turkish hamams but the peaceful atmosphere, rooms, music, spirit and especially girls who were assisted us all the time were the best ones,very talented ( Shee and Heba- thank you girls) We recommend thist place as the top in Hurghada and we definitely come there again.

Staff are amazing, serenity is very clean and professional definitely to be repeated, see you again.
