Quick and easy service my guide was waiting for me at the airport with a sign and got me to hotel safely.

When we arrived we had to call the provider to get the pick up arranged. We were expecting since we had provided all the information that the driver would be waiting with our name at the baggage exit hall. Instead no one was there and we have to call and try to get them to send a driver which ended up taking over 45 min extra

Hany is just amazing. As soon as I walked out of the airport I saw him there waiting with a sign and a big smile. He was professional yet friendly. The car was well maintained and clean. He even had a bottle of water ready for all the guests. Highly recommend

My flight arrived in Hurghada two hours late, but the transportation provider was excellent with WhatsApp communication and still had a driver waiting for me with a sign. He safely, quickly got me to my hotel at Soma Bay. Cheers!

I booked this transfer for my two adult children who has never been to Egypt and who are not well travelled - so I was concern and keen that everything had to go well. The other snag was that they were arriving on a domestic flight, but their luggage was tagged as international. At Hurghada airport passengers would arrive at Terminal 2, but for international arrival you then have to be escorted to the international arrivals hall to collect your luggage.
