Mohamed came to pick us up at the airport in Hurghada. He took care of the visa, which I found nice, but he took his little cut from the final price. I thought it was okay; it's cultural there. In the meantime, he was taking out other people, so we lost him and ended up asking for a phone outside to reach him. However, for the return transfer, my husband booked with his app and paid.
