An excellent trip, very knowledgeable and informative guide, excellent drivers and comfortable Vehicle. The sites and temples were majestic A few comments *but didn't detract from the enjoyment of the trip.* The advert with Viator states 1) 14hr day 31/2 hour to Luxor from Hurghada, but it is more like a 16-hour day 41/2 hour road trip. The shorter day was the reason why we booked this excursion 2)It states an English guide the Austrian couple and ourselves were under the misapprehension it would only be in English 3) The Nile boat trip was an option at 10euro per person if not taken up would

Sights to see absolutely but the problem was that we had a guide obviously in a hurry giving few relevant explanations, and speaking a more than approximate French. No time to breathe everything was visited in hurry, it ruined the experience

C était vraiment incroyable de visiter ces sites remplis d histoires. Attention à la chaleur en juillet. Autrement, r.a.s pour le transport et repas (attn végétarien).

Der Fahrer kam 45 min zu spät, ohne Entschuldigung ohne Vorwarnung obwohl meine Nummer vorhanden war... Wir sind nach 30 Minuten zurück ins Zimmer gegangen, total enttäuscht und durchgefroren... Dann kam der Anruf vom Fahrer wo wir denn sind und er sei ja schon lange am warten, echt extrem dreist. Zum Preis : wir haben für 47 Euro gebucht und hatten uns gefreut da dies nach einem Schnäppchen klang, ganz zu unserer Überraschung wurden dann auf einmal noch 40 € Service Gebühren und 10 Euro abholkosten und 15 Euro für die Bananen Insel abgeknüpft. 40€ Service Gebühren stehen in der Beschreibung m

I waited at the pick up point for 1 hour since 15 mins before 4:30am (pickup time) but the bus did NOT come without any messages. I texted the company via Viator app and Whatsapp, also called the phone number of the company written in the tour details page, but they did NOT answer at all! I contacted Viator customer support and a customer support person contacted the company for refund, and finally we received their answer. I received the refund in 4 days but I wasted the day due to this terrible service … so I do NOT recommend this tour if you don’t want to have a risk to waste your precious

When booked said would be 12 hours. Was 17 hours missed dinner at hotel on return so ate once all day.
