Great transfer service! Everything was smooth, punctual, and very well organized. The ride was comfortable and pleasant. A special thank you to our driver Emad Naguib, who was very friendly, professional, and made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had an exceptional airport pickup experience with Emad Naguib from Rimo Tours. Our flight was delayed by almost four hours, and despite the original arrival time being 8:00 pm, Emad patiently waited until 11:00 pm without any complaint or hesitation. He was fully aware that I was traveling with my children, which made his professionalism and understanding even more commendable. After a long and exhausting journey, especially with kids, it was incredibly reassuring to see him waiting for us with a warm, friendly attitude.
