Excursion d'une journée à Louxor, dans la Vallée des Rois et au tombeau de Toutankhamon au départ d'Hurghada

We had an amazing experience with Lyla in Luxor. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the egyptian history. she explained everything in a clear and engaging way. She made the whole day feel relaxed, well organised, and truly special. Lyla went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. One of the highlights of our trip to Egypt . I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Luxor.

Take plenty of water with you as we were left 6 hours without a drink . Wear good footwear as our guide rushed us through everything and don’t expect much in the way of being given knowledge about the things you are seeing . He just pointed at tomb wr we’re seeing and told us we had 10 mins in each as we had a lot to see . . We saw everything on the list .. but didn’t really as he was hurrying us so much . The last temple which looked amazing , we had less than 10 mins and saw maybe a fraction of what there was to see , we didn’t even get past the beginning as he was telling us we needed to go

Comprehensive tour of the Valley of the Kings by minibus pick up and drop off from hotel. The optional Nile Tour was worth the 10 Euros

We had an amazing tour with our Tour Guide Laila and have been able to see all highlights in and around Luxor in one day! While the communication with the provider was initially a bit chaotic, everything changed the moment we stepped into the car. After an early pick-up at 4:00 am we arrived in Luxor after a great drive at around 09:30 were we were greeted by our incredible Tourguide Laila. She gave us great insights into the local highlights such as Karnak Temple, the tombs at the Valley of the kings and the Hatschepsut temple. The whole trip was also accompanied by a visit to see local stone

Firstly, for such a long drive the transport was below par, very run down minibus with hardly any space unless you're in the front row - that's if one of the drivers doesn't recline his seat all the way back (which he done). We would have expected a higher level of vehicle. As for the drivers, one was very rude (the one reclining the seat all the way back), he ignored everyone and drove very recklessly. The other drive seemed to be very nice and pleasant at first, but then made my daughter feel very uncomfortable around him because of him being over familiar and making jokes about taking her t

Overall, well worth the time and money. 4:30am start and approx. 4 hour journey from Hurghada to Luxor. Our two drivers arrived on time and we had two toilet stops on the way, which was fine. Worth noting to take plenty of small Egyptian pound notes (20s, 50s, 100s) for toilets and tips. Boat trip was extra £10 sterling per person but was nice to travel down and across the river for the cooling breeze.
