went on this trip yesterday, was a fantastic day out and great value for money, from the start we were really well looked after by shabaan on the glass bottom boat before going onto the boat to snorkel and chill I was took out on my own by Abdo to snorkel and the fish and coral were brilliant and medo couldn't do enough for us , would highly recommend to do as ideal trip to break up your morning and experience the red sea
we loved every bit of the excursion. they gave us welcome drinks and then gave a lot of time to experience the submarine. whilst being down there, my baby was alseep on the pram upstairs, Awad kept an eye on him the whole time, so my husband and I dont have to keep coming and checking. Generally Awad was so nice and helpful. he really made our experience more memorable. The whole team was amazing, from photos and giving us good offers to purchase photo. Everything was on point.

We are very happy with the trip we paid for. The cruise leader Awad is to be commended. My wife, as a weaker swimmer, was given a diving companion around the coral reef who took care of her. The entire team from the agency is to be commended. The team that took our photos was also very professional and accommodating. Photographer Mikha did a superb job photographing the entire family in various situations. We will definitely see each other again next time at the same agency. If it were possible to give a higher rating I would gladly do so.
Great experience for me and the family today. Transfer was prompt from the hotel and was with air con. In the boat the underwater viewing was nice and kids really liked it. Scuba Man came around with a camera and fish food. When at the 2nd boat, you can snorkel which was fantastic. Life jackets, googles, breather etc provided. Guide takes you to reef to see fish. There was a lot of jellyfish but they were harmless. Overall I would recommend!
We had a brilliant time and the kids loved it, would certainly recommend it to anyone
