This private walking tour begins with a visit to the Ahmed Ibn Tulun Mosque, the oldest mosque still intact in Egypt. You'll have time to take in the mosque's exterior and immediate surroundings, noticing its distinctive form and atmosphere as you explore at your own pace. Afterwards, you'll walk from Bab Zuwayla to Bab al-Futuh and Bab al-Nasr. As you move through the area, you'll follow streets that link these historic city gates, observing their stonework and the urban fabric around them.
