This Tour guide is a SCAM, SCAM , they didn’t communicate and they didn’t pick us up. Viator is aware they are a scam but still let them continue scamming people via the app.
I booked a week before and the company didn’t communicate and didn’t turn up at the hotel. Both I and Viator tried to contact them multiple times with no answer. I woke up 3:30am to be picked up and wasted a whole day of our trip. Do not book this company. It’s a scam.
