Ils ont attendu la veille avant mon départ à l’aéroport pour venir me demander des frais additionnels que j’ai évidemment refusé de payer, car tout était déjà payé. Lors de ma réservation j’en ai donné l’heure de départ de mon vol et ils ont choisi de m’envoyer un chauffeur à l’heure du départ de mon vol chose qui n’est pas possible. We arrived at Hurghada Airport at 22:00 once we passed through Security and Passport Control I was picked up and all our luggage was taken by Special Assistant in a wheelchair. There was no one to pick us up and take us to our hotel. My wife and I were left outside and had to book another private transfer to our hotel at the cost of £25 I have the receipt and would like to get a refund from you for £25 plus the cost of our original Private Transfer. The Taxi transfer didn’t arrive. We waited for30mins. No contact, No Apology. In the end we ended up having to use the TUI transfer. Would not recommend using this company.

Driver was easy to spot, had my name showing clearly. Arrived in one piece, driving laws are distinctly odd in Egypt. Would recommend.
