You will move through Egypt’s long history, beginning with the Giza Pyramids (2600 BC) and the era of the pharaohs. Along the way you will visit the Egyptian Museum, which houses more than 125,000 artefacts, and see objects that speak to ancient life and belief. As you progress, the tour covers the Greek, Roman and Christian periods, giving a sense of how the city changed over time. You will also visit the Babylon Fortress, linked to later historical layers of Cairo. The experience finishes amid Islamic architecture and everyday Cairo life at the Khan el-Khalili bazaar, where you will see the traditional market atmosphere. Together these stops let you move from pharaonic monuments through successive historical periods to the vibrant streets and buildings of medieval and modern Cairo.

Wonderful tour. Mustafa, the guide, was great. We also went to places we didn't plan, to look at jewellery and perfume. He was very accommodating.

Mostafa is the best. Car took us from hotel and dropped back. Everything was perfect included the driver. They took care of everything the food where to go where to take a picture everything. Even if the second museum wasn’t included the tour schedule he took care of that as well. I and my friend are very pleased.

I had an amazing tour with Mr. Mostafa Farhat. He is such a wonderful guide. Being a solo woman I was fully protected, guided and respected. He has demonstrated his knowledge, manners, and sense of responsibility. He has vast knowledge of magical history of Cairo. The cruise dinner was such an enchanting experience. I had enjoyed entertainment events at cruise and wonderful food. I highly recommend him and truly impressed with his skills and sense of respect.
Had a wonderful tour of Cairo with Egypt Tours booking. I was messaging with Ahmed before my trip and he answered all of my questions and listened to everything I asked. He provided me with the best tour guide, Mr Ahmed Farahat. My parents are elderly and Mr Farahat and the driver were soo patient and kind to them. Ahmed is the best guide as he has soo much knowledge about the history and city. I would strongly recommend anyone coming to Egypt to use this tour company and guide.
