On this two-day Luxor tour from Cairo, you will explore some of Egypt’s most impressive ancient sites on the east and west banks of the Nile. In Luxor you will wander among the great stone columns and reliefs at the Karnak and Luxor Temples. Along the way you will see the Colossi of Memnon and take in the scale and detail of these monumental statues. On the west bank you will visit the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple, where you can learn about the royal tombs and funerary architecture that shaped ancient Egyptian beliefs.
