The Moses Mount & St. Catherine tour takes you into the Sinai Peninsula to climb Mount Sinai and watch the sunrise from its summit. You will make the ascent in time for dawn, and as you reach the top you'll watch the sun spread across the sky and feel the peace and tranquillity of this sacred site. As you descend, you'll have the chance to take photographs and reflect on the experience. After the climb, you'll visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of St Catherine's Monastery, the oldest functioning Christian monastery in the world. Inside the monastery grounds you'll be able to explore the library and view some of the old manuscripts and icons that have been excavated from the Vatican, offering a rare close encounter with centuries of history and religious art.
