Overview

On a shared tour from Hurghada to Luxor, you will visit some of Egypt’s most famous ancient sites. At Karnak Temple you will walk among vast columns and monumental structures within Egypt’s largest ancient temple complex, taking in the scale and detail of the ruins as you move through the site. You will explore the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of legendary pharaohs lie beneath the desert slopes, and visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, built for Egypt’s well-known female ruler. Along the way you will also see the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues that have stood for millennia and remain an iconic sight on the west bank. An optional felucca ride on the Nile is available if you wish to add a quiet, scenic moment to the day.
