This overnight tour from Safaga takes you into the heart of ancient Thebes, where you will explore both the East and West Banks of Luxor. On the East Bank you will visit the vast Karnak complex and nearby Luxor Temple, learning about their monumental columns, chapels and open courts. You may choose to attend an optional Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temples one evening to see the site presented with narration and illuminated effects. On the West Bank you will see the Colossi of Memnon and visit the Valley of the Kings, where pharaonic tombs lie carved into the hills. You will also visit the Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary. A lunch is included during the tour. As the experience concludes, your guide will escort you back to the cruise at Safaga Port.
