Unprofessional and unreliable tour operator. I booked an excursion for 5:00 PM. For a tour of El Gouna, the night before someone wrote to me saying that the tour was for the morning at 9:00. Very rude, they insisted on writing that they wanted the passports, and I couldn't send them because I was on a safari and the phone had no reception. I repeatedly replied that I was on a tour and this person insisted very rudely, even calling me. The tuk-tuk ride lasted barely 5 minutes and the walking tour of the city was quick and without showing us anything besides the yachts at the port. We didn't eve
