Overview
On this full-day tour, you'll visit the ancient Egyptian temples and monuments of Luxor. You’ll first journey to the West Bank of the Nile to explore the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut. The well-preserved temple honors one of the few female pharaohs. Before exploring the East Bank, you’ll also have the opportunity to visit the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. You'll then hop on a motorboat to cross the Nile and break for lunch on the East Bank. After lunch, you'll explore Sphinx Alley and Karnak Temple, which is actually a massive complex of sanctuaries, pylons and obelisks. Throughout your tour, your Egyptologist guide will provide insights into the ancient Egyptian ruins.
