Overview
You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada by a modern, air-conditioned bus and taken to Cairo. There, you'll be accompanied by an Egyptologist tour guide to visit the famous Giza Plateau. Unfortunately, the excursion started at 45 minutes later. The excursion itself was fine, except that you had too little time. You could leave out the perfume advice, because you get it several times every day and also shop that. Lunch wasn't until 5 p.m. This was madness, especially for the children. Unfortunately, we only came back at 1.00 instead of 22.00. It was just too exhausting for the kids. Due to the delay we also did not get dinner at our hotel.
Had been very nice experience for us the staff did their best to help us with everything I would recommend to anyone.
I think it was enough to see the old museum. The Pyramids and the Sphinx. The other things weren't worth spending time on.
