Overview

At Mini Egypt Park in Makadi Bay, Hurghada on the Red Sea, you will find a compact, walkable collection of Egypt’s most recognisable monuments. The park brings together 55 famous landmarks at a 1:25 scale so you can see much of the country in a single visit. As you move through the displays, you will get a clear sense of Egypt’s geography and heritage without travelling between cities. You will encounter models representing Aswan and Luxor, Alexandria and the Castle of Mohamed Ali Pasha, and many of the Nile Valley’s temple complexes. Highlights include the Library of Alexandria, Cairo Tower, the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, Tahrir Square and the TV Maspero Building, the Temple of Abu Simbel and the High Dam. The park also features the Temples of the West Bank and other well known sites from across Egypt, all presented together so you can compare scale and style as you go. The displays focus on the landmarks themselves, offering a concise way to see and learn about Egyptian history and architecture.
