Our spa day began with a little flexibility training. Despite having a confirmed booking, our appointment was moved two hours earlier due to limited late pick-ups from Safaga, along with an unexpected €5 cash charge per person for the transfer. The driver then arrived 15 minutes late, which at least gave us extra time to adjust expectations. The transfer itself became an exercise in risk management. The experience was good, as were the treatments. The massage was great. The only thing that let it down was there was a small child in the relaxation area on a phone with it playing quite loud which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. Worth it for the price.

Spa was ok , staff were friendly and ok. massaure was also ok . it look clean but difficult to say as GA M am area is dark. overall ok , but by no means this is a luxury SPA. low average but good value for money

It was worth every penny! I was first offered the mixed (men and women) section (which is for tourists) but I wanted to be in the female only one. This was promptly facilitated and the experience was great. It was exactly as described bar they didn’t offer a hot drink only a water (which was fine). Iman was my masseuse and she was excellent so do ask for her if you want a very good relaxing massage. I also had a very nice driver Karim who picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel. Be sure to tip the staff well if you enjoyed the experience as this is custom in Egypt.

Booked through the Viator app due to the reduced cost compared to our hotels cost of the same package, The reviews were mainly 5 star qnd it didn't disappoint. From booking to being dropped back to our hotel, the service we received was exemplary 😁. Mohamed was very quick to confirm our booking and kept us informed at all times, even after our session, he checked if we were happy. Special mention to the staff at the spa who were so welcoming, attentive, made you comfortable and give great massages. No pressure at any point to purchase extra which was very refreshing. We would definitely recomm
