On warm nights in Cairo's Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will experience an evening that blends markets, history and a gentle sail on the Nile. You will explore Khan el‑Khalili, the famous 14th‑century bazaar, and visit one of the oldest and largest mosques there, which dates back to the 10th century. Along the way you will stop at Café Fishawi (Coffee of Mirrors), where traditional Egyptian drinks such as mint tea are served. You will also take a ride on a felucca, the traditional wooden sailing boat that is propelled only by the wind, offering a slow, relaxing way to see the river by night. Dinner choices are included: you can choose koshari — a mix of rice, lentils, pasta and chickpeas at Abu Tarek — or shorma with thin slices of meat or chicken at Papa Abdu, or a vegetarian falafel option.
