Hi im muhammad, We have booked this rimo tours identified from chat gpt and we had a discussion with agent fixed itinerary and schedule. Then we landed in cairo on 26th of nov eve at 5 PM. Main point is we dont know the arabic and how we are going to cross the immigration so that we requested agent for help and based on request they arranged one manager before immigration and waiting with name board which we never expected and took us to immigration without standing the queue and explain to the officer they arranged the visa in arrival within 5 mins finshed the all procedure. This is Mr. Karthick Pandian from Oman. Myself and my friends went on a trip to cairo and alexndria. We did not face any issue in our trip from 26th November to 29th November. They provided us with good iternary as per our request and guarantee letter. Rimo tours team member was available at the arrival gate prior to our arrival. They helped us with the immigration and luggage collection. Later on they took us to the hotel for check-in and helped with the same at the hotel too. Fadi Basta is the best driver and guide in Cairo! He was one who drove us to Pyramids and we requested after to the company that we wants him to drive us all over Cairo and also to Alexandria. All recommendations to Rimo Tours and specially for Fadi Basta!
