On this cruise from Aswan to Luxor you will travel along the Nile and visit many of Egypt’s best-known ancient sites. In Aswan you will see the High Dam and the beautiful Philae Temple. Along the river you will call at Kom Ombo and Edfu, each temple dedicated to ancient deities such as the crocodile god and the falcon-headed Horus. As you move into Luxor you will explore the main sights on both the West and East Banks, including the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatsheput, stroll around Luxor Temple and visit Karnak Temple by horse-drawn carriage. The experience includes three nights’ full-board cruise boat accommodation and guided tours led by an Egyptologist so you can learn about the age-old treasures you encounter. Airport and hotel pickups and drop-offs at the start and end of your trip are also included. Along the way you will pass picturesque Nile scenery as you move between the sites.
