Overview

While based in Hurghada, you will see some of Ancient Egypt’s most famous monuments over two days. From Hurghada you will fly to Cairo to visit the Pyramids and the Sphinx at Giza, and spend time at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. Along the way you’ll learn about the sites’ historical significance and walk among iconic landmarks in the capital. After Cairo, you will head to Luxor by sleeper train to explore the vast temple complexes and royal tombs. In Luxor you’ll visit Karnak Temple and the Valley of the Kings, seeing impressive temples and burial sites as you move through this ancient necropolis. The experience finishes with a drive back to Hurghada.
