This experience takes you into the heart of ancient Egyptian civilisation in Luxor. An Egyptologist will accompany you and tell the history as an interesting story, helping you get to know that civilisation and see its remains firsthand. Along the way you will visit Luxor’s most important landmarks: the Valley of the Kings, the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut, the Valley of the Queens, the Nefertari Cemetery and the tomb of Tutankhamun. You will explore the decorated tombs and monuments and hear the historical context and stories behind them from your guide. As you move between sites, the Egyptologist’s commentary will link the places together so you can understand their importance within ancient Egyptian history.
