You will spend a four-day short break exploring the highlights of Cairo, with Cairo airport transfers included. The programme will focus on the city’s most famous archaeological and cultural sites, giving you time to move between locations and take in each place at a relaxed pace. Along the way you will visit the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx on the Giza Plateau, and you will head to Sakkara and Memphis to see earlier funerary sites and ancient remains. You will also spend time at the Egyptian Museum to view its renowned collection, and explore Old Cairo to experience the city's historic neighbourhoods. These visits will let you see iconic monuments, examine ancient artefacts and get a clearer picture of Egypt’s long history as you move through different periods and places.
