This private two-day tour takes you to the cultural heart of Egypt, so you can enjoy Cairo and Alexandria without worrying about transport or guiding arrangements. On the first day you will visit Cairo’s Giza Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum, where an Egyptology guide will provide context and explain the history behind the monuments and artefacts as you move through the sites. On the second day you will travel to the Mediterranean-coast city of Alexandria to see its main highlights, including the Roman catacombs. Along the way the tour includes private transport and hotel pick-ups and drop-offs, and the guiding is handled by an Egyptology expert. Accommodation is not included.
