01 Way Private Pick up transfer from Hurghada to Cairo

Booked a oneway transfer to Cairo from Hurghda. Advertisement showed a nice spacious van so I booked it because I had five bagages to carry. But I only got a car instead,wich is not what I expected. When I asked tour operator he said that though a van is displayed in the advertisement, its only a car is given. So it was a totally misleading advertisement..... Showing something better and giving something poor.....and not accepting the truth even after explaining .... Just misleading and pure cheating If you are sending a car for the mentioned price,advertisement should carry a picture of car..

Bonne expérience. Véhicule confortable. Le chauffeur a été bienveillant, nous proposant de l'eau et des friandises pour mon fils etc. Également des arrêts pour les pauses toilettes selon notre convenance. Il nous a même aidé une fois sur place à trouver un bon hôtel car l'autre avait eu un incident. Merci a Khalid et son Boss

The pick up was an hour late and there is no complementary water. I was more annoyed that we waited over an hour and the communication was poor as the WhatsApp correspondence said the driver will be there 5 or 10minute later after i queried several times.

Our vehicle was late and not what we ordered. There was no water provided for the drive either. We could not fit luggage in back of car. For a 4hr drive we had our luggage all over us. Our driver vaped the entire trip which smelt like dog crap. Would never recommend booking through this company again.
