Easy access to activities and tickets. Always available to receive complaints and sort out issues.
First time I have ever seen a dolphin and the whole show was completely magical. Will definitely go again when I return to Egypt next year. A must day out for anyone, especially families.
Headout was simple to use for booking the experience. However, the local partner was not really well organized so I had to use Headout support team which was helpful. While the platform is great, some of the local partners might need some improvements in learning how to organize.
