The best-known house reef on the El Quseir coast: a broad bay about 4 m deep with a north and a south reef arm dropping from 5-13 m and falling away past 100 m offshore. Caves and overhangs, easy shore entry, excellent for training, night dives and snorkelling. The bay is also an archaeological site - the ancient port of Myos Hormos/Quseir al-Qadim - with amphorae and an old anchor.
