Private Tour: Tagesausflug nach Luxor ab Hurghada

The Temple of Karnak, the Kings’ Valley and the Temple of Hatshepsut are very impressive. We also enjoyed the boat trip on the Nile. Unfortunately our guide was not that engaged about bringing that amazing ancient history to life. It was rather a monotone “mechanical” talking. Even for us, native speakers of German, it was sometimes difficult to understand her because of her poor German pronunciation. As a person, she was quite nice and gave us some valuable tips about dealing with unreasonable prices and the behavior of quite aggressive shop owners.

Great trip great guide ! Louxor is a beautiful city full of history. The Karnak temple was amazing !!

Everything was ok! The guide even helped pay entrance fees as we had no cash. But the weather was terrible. Way too hot. We asked to return quicker so didn't end up seeing everything. Felt safe all along the way.

Great experience. The driver and the guide were nice and we felt safe on the entire trip. The trip is suitable for elder people as well as the itinerary is flexible and there are occasions to sit down (boat trip, etc.)

Wonderful trip. We were promptly picked up from our hotel at the stated time by Ahmed, our driver for the day. He was a safe and courteous driver....Egyptian road travel can be an adventure to say the least but we felt safe in Ahmed's hands at all times. When we arrived at Karnak Temple we were welcomed by our Egyptologyst guide Said, who was very knowledgeable and informative. We were offered options on where to go from there as it was a private tour, and our wishes not to tour the alabaster factory, etc., were respected. I had a wonderful time in luxor.if I thought this city is beautiful like i see it I would stay longer time there but definitely will come back again .my tour guide hazem was just perfect and he speaks english very well.i enjoyed this day and had great memories.thanks hazem.
