Mental Health Week 2026

Ever feel like you’re physically present on campus, but your mind is stuck in an endless scroll? Between the constant notifications, the curated lives on our feeds, and the rise of AI, it’s easier than ever to feel hyper-connected online—yet completely disconnected in real life. This October, the Center for Student Wellbeing invites you to step away from the screen and step back into the moment. Scroll Less, Live More is a week dedicated to helping us pause, put down our phones, and rebuild the genuine human connections that keep us grounded. Let us all wear green during Mental Health Week (October 4-7) in recognition of World Mental Health Day. Visit our booth at Bartlett Plaza during assembly all week (except Tuesday). Join us for engaging mental health activities and exciting giveaways.
