Transfer, support via whatsapp and on site and procedure: everything is actually ok. Had booked only at 12 o'clock and had to be picked up absolutely! to 9:40 😕. Had booked spa (sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi) and 45 minutes massage, had done about 60 minutes (been there a few times and was nothing going on). It was all right, not much to complain about. I already knew the Serenity Spa. Is not like in Germany but everything is ok with small swaps. At the absolute bargain "winter price" of 12,-€ that gave a very good tip for the masseuse, she was great. Booked through Viator's app. Lowest prices
