What an amazing trip we had from start to finish. I highly recommend this boat trip. The transfers were great. The day started on the boat with fresh fruit, we travelled to our first island. We had a relaxing few hours there. We then had some lunch and did two fantastic snorkelling stops where we saw many sea creatures and fish. After this we were offered more fresh fruit and drinks. We then finished the day with water sports. My daughter Ella (5) loved it and a crew member named Ally went above and beyond for her. He was fantastic a real credit to your team. Avoid this company. After waiting 1,5 hour on the boat we went to Orange bay which is quite nice but overcrowded. Arrived back on the boat the engine was broken and we could not leave anymore. We had to wait for 2 hours for another boat to tow very slowly our ship to the harbour. Of course we could not do the 2 stops for snorkeling as we were only back at 6 PM in the harbour. I asked for a refund through VIATOR but they refused despite having promissed they would do it if I complain via VIATOR ! I only managed to get back the extra amount they asked in cash on the boat!

terrible organization, someone else picked us up from the hotel and we were not in the group we booked. In the meantime someone else called us asking where we were. The boat was in a terrible condition, the food was disgusting. At the end we waited half an hour for transport back to the hotel. Horrible experience. After returning to the hotel I canceled the next 3 trips with Viator

We were happy with the tour. We took our own transport and met the guide at the 'marina'. We had to request a snorkel as we were only given a mask, and one snorkel was broken so my husband went without. It was very busy (as expected). The lunch was perfectly adequate and plentiful. The island was overrated, unless you like loud music and alcoholic beverages. It was a long day for what amounts to an hour of snorkling but we got what we paid for. Would recommend to everyone on a budget.

The best tour agency ever Amazing day out and brilliant value for money, no hassle to buy anything extra or any photos for silly money, they welcome you to bring your own camera and take photos, snorkelling was amazing seen many tropical fish and they surround you yet don’t touch you. Our guide Mo Salah was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole trip.

boat poor and old.Only had 1 hour on paradise island ,not 2 as advertised .Boat went to orange island as well for drop off and pick up!,not on itinuary. Wanted 500 egp pounds off both of us( about £35)for National Park Fee.We have done 3 other boat trips this week and its 5 dollars or 200 egp on every other boat .Snorkling spots really poor. Boat trip very cheap but beware,cheap price cheap trip!!!
